Nearly every builder in the Valley has the following notice posted on their front door...

"Your REALTOR Must Accompany You On Your First Visit To Our Models"

This is for your benefit to remind you, You Do Not Want to Waive Your Right to Representation! Remember, the nice people in the model home office work for the Builder. At no cost to you, I will represent you and will protect your interest throughout the entire transaction.  

Please call me! I will accompany you and help you find the right subdivision and new home or spec home for you and your family. If you visit a property without me, you may loose your right to my free Buyer Representation, and that is vital to the success of your home buying experience.If you are driving by a subdivision or resale home and feel that you must see it immediately, give me a call and I will contact the subdivision's sales people and notify them of my representation of you. This is for your protection!
