"To whom it may concern: It is with great privilege that I write to you on behalf of Cindy Killeffer...Cindy advertised my house and communicated between both lenders on my behalf. She went above and beyond her job; she accomplished things that no one else could. I have tried doing a short sale with another company and it did not work out, but Cindy got right to the major issues and completed the job as quick as possible. My biggest concern was avoiding foreclosure on my home, and Cindy came through for me. Cindy is a very compassionate and understanding person... I give her my highest recommendation for anyone that is in need of selling their home quick and especially if they are considering a short sale. She loves what she does, and does it very well." Best regards, Virginia Johnson, Mesa
